This policy explains what personal information InnovaPrint ("we", "us") collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it deliberately plain-English — and we collect far less than most websites do.
1. Who we are
InnovaPrint provides mobile direct-to-wall UV printing. We are based in London and travel further afield for projects.

2. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us:
- Estimate requests — your name, phone number, email, postcode, the service you're interested in, and your project description.
- Contact messages — your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
- Direct contact — if you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you send (including wall photos you share for quoting).
We do not collect anything from you just for browsing the site. There is no advertising tracking and no analytics profiling. We don't ask for payment card details through this website, and we never store them.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote and artwork proof.
- To arrange and carry out the work you've asked about.
- To keep reasonable business and tax records of enquiries and completed jobs.
4. Our lawful basis for using it
Under UK GDPR we have to tell you why we're allowed to process your data. Depending on what we're doing, our basis is one of:
- Steps before a contract, and performing a contract — quoting for your wall, proofing artwork, and carrying out a job you've booked.
- Legitimate interests — keeping records of enquiries and jobs so we can answer questions later and run the business sensibly. We've considered your privacy alongside this and only keep what's proportionate.
- Legal obligation — retaining financial records for the period tax law requires.
We don't rely on consent for any of the above, so withdrawing consent isn't something you need to do to stop us — just ask and we'll delete what we hold, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
5. Marketing
We don't run marketing lists, we don't send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone. If you contact us, we reply about your enquiry — that's all.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, and we show no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only thing stored in your browser is a single local-storage entry remembering your light/dark theme preference — it never leaves your device.
Two third-party services are involved in serving the site: our webfonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google may log the technical request, such as your IP address), and if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
7. Who else sees your information
We don't sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing. Your information is handled by us, and by the service providers we rely on to operate:
- our website and database hosting provider, where enquiries submitted through the forms on this site are stored;
- our email provider — if you email us, or we email you, your message sits in our inbox with them;
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there (including any wall photos you send);
- our accountant and, where a job goes ahead, the records tax law requires;
- anyone else the law obliges us to tell.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't turn into a job — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Records of completed jobs — 6 years, which is what tax record-keeping and the usual legal claim period require.
Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we're required to keep a record.
9. Keeping it safe
Access to enquiries is limited to us and protected by individual accounts and passwords. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure and we won't pretend otherwise — but we keep little, we keep it for a defined time, and we don't spread it around.
10. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- provide it to you in a portable format;
- stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest (object).
Email dilevschinikita75@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month, free of charge. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right — and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on the site.
