Office Wall Branding & Logo Walls

Reception logo walls, meeting-room graphics and full-height branding printed straight onto plaster, glass or brick — around your working day, with nothing left to dry.

Office wall branding

Your Brand, Printed Into the Building

A reception wall is the first thing a client sees and the last thing they photograph. We print your logo, brand colours, values wall or a full graphic scene directly onto the plaster, glass or exposed brick you already have — no vinyl to bubble at the corners, no wallpaper seam running through the middle of your wordmark.

From £150/m² · free estimate in 60 seconds

Brand colours matched, not approximated

Send your brand guidelines and we profile the ink to them. A logo that prints slightly the wrong blue is worse than no logo at all.

Printed around your working day

Most reception walls are finished in a few hours. We can work evenings or weekends so nobody loses a desk and no floor gets closed off.

No fumes, no drying, no shutdown

UV ink cures on contact, so there is nothing wet to cordon off and no solvent smell in the office on Monday morning.

Worth knowing

Commercial walls are usually large and clean-detail, which is the cheapest combination we print — a wide reception wall often costs less than a smaller photographic mural at home. Big flat walls are where direct printing is at its most competitive.

Where it goes

Walls That Earn Their Keep

Reception & lobby

The logo wall behind the desk, at the scale it deserves — printed edge to edge with no border to give it away as a sticker.

Meeting rooms

Values, mission or a map of where you work. Quieter than signage and it reads well on video calls.

Breakout & canteen

The wall people actually photograph. Illustration and colour do more for recruitment here than another framed print.

Stairwells & corridors

Wayfinding, floor numbers and long graphic runs on surfaces that are awkward for anything applied by hand.

Retail & showroom

Product imagery and campaign artwork straight onto the fixture wall, changed as often as the season.

Warehouse & industrial

Oversized branding on block, concrete and render, printed at a height hand-painting would need scaffolding for.

NOTE Leaseholders: the print goes onto the wall surface itself, so treat it like paint when you read your dilapidations clause. It covers over with a coat of emulsion at the end of a lease, but check before you commit if your landlord is strict about alterations.

How it works

From Photo to Finished Wall

Same process as any wall we print — send photos, approve a scaled proof with your brand assets in place, then we come and print it.

STEP 1

Wall assessment via photos

Send a few photos and rough measurements — no site visit needed to quote.

STEP 2

Artwork proof & approval

We prepare a scaled proof and refine it with you until it's right.

STEP 3

On-site printing

Our mobile rig arrives fully equipped and prints directly onto your wall.

STEP 4

Final walkthrough & cleanup

We check the finish with you, protect the space and tidy up completely.

Office questions

What Facilities Managers Ask

More on how the printing itself works over on the main FAQ, and what it costs in the pricing guide.

Can you print our exact brand colours?
Yes. Send your brand guidelines — Pantone references or hex values — and we profile the print to match as closely as ink on your particular wall allows. You see the colour on the proof before we print, and on a textured surface like brick we will tell you honestly where a colour will read differently.
Do you need to shut the office down?
No. We mask the floor and the immediate area, print, and tidy up. There is no wet paint, no drying time and no solvent smell, because UV ink cures the instant it is laid down. Most reception walls are done inside a working day, and we are happy to work evenings or weekends instead.
What happens at the end of our lease?
It behaves like paint: it is on the wall surface, not applied over it, so it is painted over rather than stripped. There is no vinyl to peel and no adhesive residue. If your lease has a strict alterations clause, check it first — we would rather you asked than found out at dilapidations.
Can you print onto glass partitions?
Yes, and it is a common request — manifestation, frosting effects, logos and privacy graphics all print directly onto glass. Glass carries an uplift over drywall because of the prep and ink needed to sit on a non-porous surface.
Do you invoice a company and offer terms?
Yes. We invoice on company details and can work to a purchase order. Artwork and quote are approved in writing before anything is printed, so there is a paper trail for your finance team.
