LAST UPDATED: 16 JULY 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and, in plain English, how working with InnovaPrint goes — from estimate to finished wall. By booking a job with us you agree to them.
1. Who we are
InnovaPrint provides mobile direct-to-wall UV printing, based in London and travelling further afield. Questions about these terms: hello@innovaprint.uk · +44 7885 227155.
2. Estimates and quotes
- The online price estimator is indicative only — it gives a realistic range, not a binding price.
- Your fixed quote is confirmed after we review your wall photos, measurements and artwork requirements.
- Quotes are based on what you tell us — how big the wall is, what it's made of, what state it's in, how we get to it, and whether there's power. If what we find on the day is materially different, we'll talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. All prices are in GBP (£).
3. Artwork and approval
- Before printing anything, we prepare a scaled artwork proof and refine it with you. We only print a design you have approved.
- Nothing is payable until you approve the proof and the quote.
- Once you've approved a proof, it's the version we print. Please check spelling, names and layout carefully at that stage — we can't be responsible for an error that was in the design you signed off.
- If you supply your own artwork, please send the highest resolution you have. We'll advise if a file is too small to print well, but we can't fix detail that isn't in the original, and we're not responsible for softness or pixelation that comes from the supplied file.
- Colours on screen can differ from printed ink, and the wall itself has a say — its colour, texture, porosity and the room's lighting all affect the result. We'll advise where a colour is hard to reproduce, but we can't guarantee an exact match.
4. Who owns the artwork
- Designs we create stay ours, and you get a permanent right to have and keep that design on your wall. If we ever want to re-use one of our designs for another customer, we'll ask you in writing first — and we won't if you say no.
- Artwork you supply — your logo, brand assets, your photos — stays entirely yours. We never re-use it. You confirm you have the rights to use what you send us, and you agree to cover us if someone brings a claim saying otherwise.
- We may decline artwork that is unlawful or that we're not comfortable printing.
5. Payment
Unless your quote says otherwise:
- The estimate, the quote and the artwork proof are free and carry no obligation.
- A 25% deposit is payable once you approve the proof and the quote. That's what secures your date.
- The balance is due on completion, payable within 7 days of our invoice.
6. What we need from you on the day
So we can print safely and to standard, please make sure:
- we have safe, unobstructed access to the wall at the agreed time;
- there's at least 1.5 metres of clear space in front of it, with furniture and obstacles moved out of the way before we arrive;
- there's a stable mains power supply we can use.
If we arrive and can't work because of access, clearance or power, we may have to reschedule, and a wasted visit may be chargeable. We'll always try to sort it out on the spot first.
7. The wall itself
- Surfaces should be sound, dry and suitable; we'll advise on preparation when we quote.
- We're not responsible for problems caused by the condition of the wall underneath — damp, crumbling plaster, structural cracks, flaking paint or an unstable substrate. If we spot something that will affect the finish, we'll tell you before we print.
- If the wall is contaminated — thick grease in a kitchen, tobacco residue, mould, or chemical splashes in a workshop — it needs cleaning before we arrive, unless your quote says we're taking care of it.
- We mask floors, protect the surrounding space and clean up completely — leaving mess is on us, not you.
- A print can be painted over later. Putting the wall back how it was — sanding, priming, redecorating — isn't work we cover.
8. Weather and conditions
Exterior and unheated spaces depend on the weather. If conditions would compromise the finish or make it unsafe for our team or equipment, we may delay or reschedule — we'd rather move a date than print a wall that won't last. We'll rearrange as quickly as we can, and we won't charge you for a delay that's our call.
9. How long it lasts
UV-cured ink is built for the long haul: indoors, expect 10+ years of vivid colour, resisting fading and everyday wear. Exterior work is durable too, but it weathers with its environment, and prints near windows, bathrooms or other damp or high-UV spots live a harder life — we'll set honest expectations in your quote.
This is our experience of how the ink performs, not a separate warranty. It doesn't take away your legal rights: if our work isn't carried out with reasonable care and skill, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you remedies, and nothing here affects that.
10. If something's not right
Tell us as soon as you notice, and please give us the chance to come and look before anyone else works on the wall — once it's been painted, cleaned aggressively or altered, we usually can't tell what went wrong. We'll put right anything that's our fault.
11. Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer and you booked without meeting us in person, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing the job, without giving a reason. Just tell us in writing — an email is fine.
Because most people want their wall done sooner than that, you can ask us to start within the 14 days. If you then cancel, you can still do so, but you'll owe us a fair amount for the work we've actually done by that point — for example, design and proofing time. If we've fully completed the wall at your request within the 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies.
12. Changing or cancelling after that
Life happens — tell us as soon as you can and we'll always try to rearrange rather than charge. Outside the cancellation right above:
- 7 or more days' notice — we refund your deposit, less any design work we've already done for you.
- Less than 7 days' notice — we keep the deposit, which covers the day we reserved for you and turned other work away for.
- If we cancel or can't do the job — you get a full refund, including the deposit.
These amounts reflect what a late cancellation actually costs us. If your circumstances are exceptional, talk to us.
13. Liability
We carry insurance for on-site work. We're not liable for pre-existing defects in walls or structures, for damage caused by other people after we've finished, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Our total liability for a job is limited to the price of that job.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and if you're a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights.
14. Things outside anyone's control
If something genuinely beyond our control stops us doing the work — severe weather, a utility failure, illness, an accident, or restrictions imposed by an authority — we'll contact you and rearrange. If we can't rearrange within a reasonable time, either of us can cancel and we'll refund anything you've paid for work not done.
15. Portfolio photography
We like to photograph finished walls for our portfolio and social channels. If you'd rather your project stayed private, just say — we'll respect it, no questions asked.
16. This website
Site content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either. The InnovaPrint name, logo and site design are ours; project artwork belongs to its respective owners.
17. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time — the date above always shows the current version, and the terms that apply to your job are the ones in place when you booked it.
