These terms cover your use of this website and, in plain English, how working with InnovaPrint goes — from estimate to finished wall. By booking a job with us you agree to them.
InnovaPrint provides mobile direct-to-wall UV printing, based in London and travelling further afield. Questions about these terms: dilevschinikita75@gmail.com · +44 7885 227155.
Unless your quote says otherwise:
So we can print safely and to standard, please make sure:
If we arrive and can't work because of access, clearance or power, we may have to reschedule, and a wasted visit may be chargeable. We'll always try to sort it out on the spot first.
Exterior and unheated spaces depend on the weather. If conditions would compromise the finish or make it unsafe for our team or equipment, we may delay or reschedule — we'd rather move a date than print a wall that won't last. We'll rearrange as quickly as we can, and we won't charge you for a delay that's our call.
UV-cured ink is built for the long haul: indoors, expect 10+ years of vivid colour, resisting fading and everyday wear. Exterior work is durable too, but it weathers with its environment, and prints near windows, bathrooms or other damp or high-UV spots live a harder life — we'll set honest expectations in your quote.
This is our experience of how the ink performs, not a separate warranty. It doesn't take away your legal rights: if our work isn't carried out with reasonable care and skill, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you remedies, and nothing here affects that.
Tell us as soon as you notice, and please give us the chance to come and look before anyone else works on the wall — once it's been painted, cleaned aggressively or altered, we usually can't tell what went wrong. We'll put right anything that's our fault.
If you're a consumer and you booked without meeting us in person, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing the job, without giving a reason. Just tell us in writing — an email is fine.
Because most people want their wall done sooner than that, you can ask us to start within the 14 days. If you then cancel, you can still do so, but you'll owe us a fair amount for the work we've actually done by that point — for example, design and proofing time. If we've fully completed the wall at your request within the 14 days, the right to cancel no longer applies.
Life happens — tell us as soon as you can and we'll always try to rearrange rather than charge. Outside the cancellation right above:
These amounts reflect what a late cancellation actually costs us. If your circumstances are exceptional, talk to us.
We carry insurance for on-site work. We're not liable for pre-existing defects in walls or structures, for damage caused by other people after we've finished, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Our total liability for a job is limited to the price of that job.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and if you're a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights.
If something genuinely beyond our control stops us doing the work — severe weather, a utility failure, illness, an accident, or restrictions imposed by an authority — we'll contact you and rearrange. If we can't rearrange within a reasonable time, either of us can cancel and we'll refund anything you've paid for work not done.
We like to photograph finished walls for our portfolio and social channels. If you'd rather your project stayed private, just say — we'll respect it, no questions asked.
Site content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee either. The InnovaPrint name, logo and site design are ours; project artwork belongs to its respective owners.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time — the date above always shows the current version, and the terms that apply to your job are the ones in place when you booked it.
